Why have a Fiber Rummage Sale? The RICK RACK team knows firsthand how your stash can get a "little" too big, but you don't want your supplies going to waste, so we came up with a way for you to find them new homes!
With 25 vendor spots available, RICK RACK will coordinate and host an outdoor rummage sale for anyone wanting to thin their collections. All items must be fiber arts-related supplies from your stash.
The rummage sale is on Sunday, August 30th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with vendor set-up and check-in starting at 9:00 am.
There are NO REFUNDS for vendor registrations. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your booth to a friend and let us know the new contact name and best method to reach them.
Limit of 1 table registration per person - any additional tables registered under the same name will be automatically refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee.
The Nitty Gritty:
- RICK RACK will provide the tables and our parking lot
- Guaranteed Shade spots will be against the building wall
- Partial to No Shade spots will be either under limited tents or in full sun. The tent spots will be first come, first served, and are not a guarantee of shade depending on the angle of the sun. We recommend bringing a large hat, sunscreen, and a waterbottle
- Tables will be set up, assigned, and taken down by RICK RACK

Vendors are responsible for:
- Bringing items
- Pricing items
- Item setup and take down
- Taking all payments - no payments or change will be processed or provided by RICK RACK

- Fabric
- Yarn
- Other Fiber Products
- Notions and Tools
- Sewing Patterns
- Sewing, Knitting, and Crafting Books

Vendors may NOT sell:
- Made items (clothing, bags, knit items, etc)
- Printed PDF Patterns
SOLD IN FULL METERS - fabric, elastic, and other products that are cut to measure are available only in full meters for online orders. Its a Shopify thing and as soon as we find an awesome workaround you can count on us to make that magic happen. Want to put in a request for a 0.5 meter cut? Find the form HERE! Due to order volume, 0.5m requests will NOT be processed during online sales.
Buying fabric? Measure twice so that we can cut once! Review your pattern. Check the unit of measure (we go by meters). Add a bit of length to factor in shrinkage during prewashing.
Buying patterns? Pattern size ranges can vary depending on the pattern, designer, and style. Review the pattern closely before purchase and check your own measurements against the pattern specifications. All patterns and printed materials (books, magazines, etc.) are final sale.
Picking colours? RICK RACK does our best to accurately represent all products and colours but colours may appear different between device screens. Please be aware that any cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, so if you're not sure about colour drop us a line or send us an email!
