RICK RACK Textiles reserves the right to change these policies and terms of service at any time, without prior notice. 

Cancellation Policies: 

Tune Up Services: If you cannot make your servicing appointment, you must give RICK RACK Textiles at least 48 hours notice in order to reschedule or receive a refund for the booking. Failure to cancel/ reschedule your booking prior to 48 hours of the servicing date will result in a forfeit of the entire servicing fee. If you cannot make your workshop or servicing, please call us at 403-263-8088. 

If you are feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please stay home and give us a call. 

Return Policies: 

We happily accept product returns with a receipt on any unused products in sellable condition within three months (90 days) from the date or purchase. RICK RACK Textiles reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet our standards. Additionally, if a receipt is not provided then we are unable to accept the return.

If you discover a flaw in your cut fabric please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that once fabric has been washed we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on:

  • Cut Fabric or Notions (or end of bolt or roll)
  • PDF Printed Patterns
  • Any Paper Patterns (including books and magazines)
  • Cut Haberdashery
  • Goods Damaged After Sale
  • Opened Product

Shipping Policies: 

We currently offer Canadian and US shipping for our Pattern Printing Service!

Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and with the USPS in the United States. Shipping time within Canada is typically 2-6 business days and 7-14 business day in the US, however, these are estimated times and RICK RACK places no guarantees on the timeline of the shipment once it’s left our hands.

Local Pick Up Policies: 

Local pick up orders will have a similar turnaround time to those shipped. We will contact you via your preferred method when your order is ready to be picked up. 

Local Pick Ups will be held for a maximum of 1 month. We will contact you twice by email and once by phone to arrange your pick up and then your order will be automatically refunded, and will be subject to the following fees:

  • Items sold by the meter or cut to order: 25% of purchase price restocking fee
  • Notions, Patterns, Books & Gifts: No restocking fee
  • Wide Format PDF Printed Patterns: No refunds, order will still only be kept for 1 month

Turnaround Time: 

Please note that turnaround times are different than shipping times. 

Orders placed prior to 2:00pm MST Monday - Friday* will typically be packaged and shipped on the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
