RICK RACK Textiles reserves the right to change these policies and terms of service at any time, without prior notice. 

Cancellation Policies: 

Workshops + Tune Up Services: If you cannot make your workshop or servicing appointment, you must give RICK RACK Textiles at least 48 hours notice in order to reschedule or receive a refund for the booking. We are unable to offer make up classes for subsequent missed classes. If you cannot make your workshop or servicing, please call us at 403-263-8088

Studio Rentals: If you are unable to make your studio booking, you must give RICK RACK Textiles at least 24 hours notice in order to reschedule or receive a refund for the booking. If you cannot make your booking, please call us at 403-263-8088. 

Return Policies: 

We happily accept product returns with a receipt on any unused products in sellable condition within three months from the date or purchase. RICK RACK Textiles reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet our standards. Additionally, if a receipt is not provided then we are unable to accept the return.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on:

  • Cut Fabric
  • Printed Patterns
  • Open Patterns
  • Cut Haberdashery
  • Goods Damaged After Sale
  • Opened Product

Shipping Policies: 

We currently offer Canadian shipping for our Pattern Printing Service!

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping time within Canada is typically 2-6 business days, however, this is an estimate provided by Canada Post, and RICK RACK places no guarantees on the timeline of the shipment once it’s left our hands.

Turnaround Time: 

Please note that turnaround times are different than shipping times. 

Orders placed prior to 2:00pm MST Monday - Friday* will typically be packaged and shipped on the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. 

*Excludes holidays

Shipping Options:

Lettermail: This option allows us to send you your printed patterns for a super low rate! Please keep in mind that when you select this option, your patterns will arrive FOLDED. Lettermail does not include tracking or insurance.

Expedited Parcel in a Mailing Tube: If you prefer your patterns rolled, tracked, and insured, no problem! We can send it in a mailing tube. We charge a $20 flat rate shipping fee for rolled patterns. Best to grab a few at once and take advantage of the speedier delivery! 

Local Pick Up:

Local pick up orders will have a similar turnaround time to those shipped. We will contact you via your preferred method when your order is ready to be picked up.
