As a thank you to our amazing customers, we are having a free Open Studio on Saturday, October 10th, from 10:30 am-3:30 pm.
This date is limited to 1 registration per person - any additional registrations will be canceled.
Need a bit more room to spread out that new project? Come get your sew-on in the RICK RACK Studio.
Join us in our bright studio and make use of our custom tables to trace, cut out, and sew your project. Book in for 5 hours and work on your own project.
There will not be a technician in the studio during these sessions. Sewing supplies and machine rentals will not be available. We have irons and cutting mats available for your use, all other supplies must be brought with you.
Cancellation Policy: Please be courteous to other sewists, if you are unable to make your free Open Studio spot let us know so we can offer it to someone else. You are also welcome to send someone in your stead, just let us know their name and contact details.
SOLD IN FULL METERS - fabric, elastic, and other products that are cut to measure are available only in full meters for online orders. Its a Shopify thing and as soon as we find an awesome workaround you can count on us to make that magic happen. Want to put in a request for a 0.5 meter cut? Find the form HERE! Due to order volume, 0.5m requests will NOT be processed during online sales.
Buying fabric? Measure twice so that we can cut once! Review your pattern. Check the unit of measure (we go by meters). Add a bit of length to factor in shrinkage during prewashing.
Buying patterns? Pattern size ranges can vary depending on the pattern, designer, and style. Review the pattern closely before purchase and check your own measurements against the pattern specifications. All patterns and printed materials (books, magazines, etc.) are final sale.
Picking colours? RICK RACK does our best to accurately represent all products and colours but colours may appear different between device screens. Please be aware that any cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, so if you're not sure about colour drop us a line or send us an email!
