The soft finish of this stonewashed ramie will have you wanting it in every colour. With a midweight and supple drape, this everyday fabric will sew up beautifully into blouses, dresses, flowy pants, and more. The slight texture in the weave adds interest while remaining neutral - meaning it pairs perfectly with bold and subtle fabrics.
What is Ramie? Derived from the plant Boehmeria nivea, it is very similar to flax (linen). Extremely absorbent, ramie fabric breathes well and makes comfortable clothing for warm and humid weather. Ramie is one of the strongest natural fibres and it is strong even when wet.

Buying fabric? Measure twice so that we can cut once! Review your pattern. Check the unit of measure (we go by meters). Add a bit of length to factor in shrinkage during prewashing.
